Janusz Lubkowski co-founded LSA International in 1960s London during a period of cultural and social change. His belief in a diversity of ideas and passion for contemporary design ensured the company thrived. His daughter, Monika Lubkowska-Jonas, is LSA’s Designer & Creative Director. Through shared experience and values, Monika continues to develop her father’s vision and a culture of understanding that defines the company’s past, present and future.
Balloon

A collection of versatile and practical balloon glasses made from dishwasher-safe glass. Design and technology combine to complement and simulate handmade processes, resulting in drinkware featuring cold cut and fire-polished rims, produced from crystalline glass. The quality of the glass guarantees a high level of brilliance and clarity.

Bubble

A collection of contemporary glasses hand painted with pearl lustre, inspired by the shapes, iridescent finish and movement of bubbles.

Canopy

Centred around the concept of hydration and propagation, Canopy is a collection of sustainably manufactured products launched in collaboration with the Eden Project. Winner of a prestigious iF Design Award in 2019 and the Green GOOD DESIGN Award in 2021.

Dapple

Mouth-blown drinkware and decorative objects with undulating, textured surfaces inspired by the pattern of dappled sunlight over the earth, water and woodland.

Dine

This comprehensive tableware collection combines high quality vitrified porcelain with sustainably-sourced oak. Multiple firing and glazing creates a pure white colour, strength and durability. Versatile and practical designs for all dining occasions.

Metropolitan

Contemporary drinkware with angular bowls and finely drawn stems. Inspired by the sociability of cosmopolitan culture and urban living.

Mia

A collection of drinkware and mini vases mouth blown from 100% recycled glass bottles and jars. Short, rounded shapes and thick stems give the design a casual, utilitarian feel.

Rocker

Spherical tumblers balancing on a curved base, gently rocking from side to side. Suitable for whisky on the rocks, short cocktails and water.

Whisky

Heavy tumblers, tasting glasses and modern decanters with hand-ground stoppers. Mouth blown and hand finished using high quality materials to enhance whisky.

A classic enamelled coffee pot was the first LSA product, sold at Terence Conran’s Habitat in 1966. The collection has since evolved and continues to do so, with handcrafted products from a range of materials, including glass, wood & porcelain. Many LSA products are internationally recognised, and they have won awards including the iF design award, Design Plus award, Good Design award, and the Green Good Design award.
LSA designs timeless tableware & homeware, and it is by this philosophy that they company fulfil their sustainability promise. By designing lasting, considered products, people are encouraged to make sustainable choices: buying less and owning for longer. The company designed a range in partnership with the Eden project – ‘Canopy’ is a collection of handmade, recycled glass products. Centred around the concepts of hydration and propagation Canopy addresses environmental concerns around single-use plastics, water conservation and plant preservation.
